one day i was holding a gun and ready to hit the target. I am shot gun guy the audience was cheering my name shot gun guy shot gun guy. OK the target is a circle and I have to get the bullet into the middle to i win a award it will be hard but i will try and do it now how nervous away wow this will be hard maybe i should try 4,8,7 breathing breath in for 4 seconds hold it in for 8 seconds and breath out for 8 ok that actually worked now BANG!!! wow i don't how i did yus i got it right in the middle i am the best shot gun guy ever
